This service helps patients in the Central East ICB (SWH) area choose where to have their eye care.

If you have been referred, you will receive a message in the NHS App, by text message or by email with a secure link to choose your provider. Please use the link in that message.

If you have not received a link and think you should have, please contact the team that referred you.
